Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscription purchases of VINETALK services.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • New User Refund: Full refund may be requested within 3 days of the initial payment.
  • Service Interruption: If the service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to technical issues, a prorated refund may be requested.
  • Terms Changes: If there are significant changes to our terms, you may request a prorated refund if you do not agree to the updated terms.

2. Prorated Refund Calculation

Eligible prorated refunds are calculated as:

Subscription Fee x (Remaining Days / Total Subscription Days)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refund requests made more than 3 days after the initial payment
  • Users who violate the Terms of Service
  • Service interruptions caused by user-side issues
