  1. New User Refunds: If you are a new user and request a refund within 3 days of your first payment, you may receive a full refund.

  2. Service Issue Refunds: If our service experiences major technical problems causing service unavailability for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a prorated refund.

  3. Terms Change Refunds: If we make substantial changes to our service terms and you do not accept the new terms, you may request a prorated refund.

  4. Prorated Refund Calculation: For eligible prorated refunds, the calculation is: Monthly subscription fee × (remaining days ÷ total days in subscription period).

  5. Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

    • Refund requests made more than 3 days after initial payment
